Checklist Items:

• 2 Years Work History
• Verification of Deposit (that shows available fund for 1st months rent and deposit)
• 3 Months Proof of Income
• 2 Personal Reference and 2 Landlord References
• Credit Report (credit karma, bank statement with credit score is acceptable), if not a $35 fee for us to pull it.
